New bib

Actually, it's not a new bib. It's the answer to the previous post.

Today we learned that the "First Christmas" bib can become a plain white bib if we flip it over. That was just one of our bright ideas today.

Another idea, pancakes made with formula. Not necessarily a good idea, but an idea nonetheless.

My first Christmas

When does it become too late to wear the "My First Christmas" bib?

Mmmm...chocolate covered pretzels

My attempt at chocolate covered pretzels was interrupted by Matilda's crying.

You can see that they started out very neat before I ended up pouring the chocolate on.

Needless to say, they were all yummy.

Puppy love

You know your puppy loves you when...

Afterwards, Mati felt better. The puppy, not so much.

More strolling

Here is another pic of Matilda while out for a stroll. This goes with a photo I posted earlier.

Where's Mati?

I like this pic of Matt and Mati as it reminds me of when you're pregnant but don't look pregnant from behind.

It's like Matt is pregnant as you can only see the tip of Matilda's head.

Plus it's a beautiful day!

More Presidio hike

Coffee and smiles

Matt and I take turns posing with Matilda and our coffee in front of the Golden Gate.

It's nice to take a walk with our daughter on a warm weekend in January.

Thanks to Auntie Tiff for babysitting Matilda while Matt and I went to the San Francisco Symphony with Leonard Nimoy (Spock!) narrating Peter and the Wolf.

Best bottle warmer

Gordon Biersch offered the best bottle warmer, a giant stein. Daddy also enjoyed his beverage.

Plane ride

On the airplane, Matilda played with Matt's new phone.

When I was little, my mom gave me Mad Libs to play with on the plane. Times have changed.

Matilda is tired after a long day of meeting relatives during the holiday festivities.

Mati met her younger cousin Max over the holidays. Matilda is older by three days.

As you can see from the pics, they enjoyed playing next to each other.

Thanks to the cold, dry air, Matilda's cheeks were quite rosey over the holidays.

Holding Mati

Matilda enjoyed a white Christmas, Santa and all. Maybe next year Mati will be a bit more excited about Jolly Ol' St. Nick.
