After a busy day with Bill, Matilda falls asleep in the car.

Father's Day

Last week on Father's Day, our usual stroll around the neighborhood with Minnie and Bear.

Matilda and I are looking quite pretty early in the morning sans sleep sack.

16 teeth

They grow up so fast. Just a year ago, Mati had 4 teeth and today she has 16. 16 teeth in her sleep sack.

Matilda, again still in her sleep sack, rests her head after giving a sweet smile.

Matilda can walk around like a penguin in her sleep sack.

Chair

Matilda wants to sit on every chair she passes while walking down the street. This makes for a very slow walk. Of course she says "chair" each time she stops.

Matilda can also say, "chata" for the yummy drink horchata.
This is a special drink that she gets to share with Mommy.

Words

We have lost count of the number of words Matilda has learned. A few of her recent words includes dolly, shorts, cherries, and pillow.

Numbers

Mati likes to count to ten, plus or minus the number seven.

Colors

Matilda knows some of her colors such as green, red, blue, pink, white, brown, purple, and yellow.

Look! Frog! More! Notice she is doing the "more" sign as Matilda would like to see more frogs.

Sleep

One of the games we like to play is called Sleep. We say, "night, night" and lay down. Then we say, "Morning!" and wake up. It's Matt and my favorite game to play with Mati.
