Top teeth
Matilda shows off how her top teeth are just about to poke through the gums.
They have actually now cut through. We will get a pic up soon of her four teeth.

Old and new friends
Yesterday, Matilda enjoyed playing with her friend Oceanne, and I enjoyed playing with my friend Emily. High school friends may recognize Em from DHS. Just three months apart, we hope the girls will grow up running together, just like us.

Cheering section
While we cheered for all the swimmers/bicyclers/runners, we took a few pics to capture the beautiful day.
My favorite part was watching the swimmers emerge from the bay.

Hands
Matilda tries to put both hands in her mouth.
Today I learned that one of Mati's hands, up to her wrist, fits in my mouth. For some reason, this makes her laugh.

Tennessee Valley
Last weekend, we went for a hike around Tennessee Valley. Although a bit chilly, it was a beautiful day.

Parade
Mati saw most of the Carnival parade before falling asleep to the loud music.
Notice my hand covering her ears.

Stand up
Matilda practices standing from the waist down. Doll and cow try to help.
Mati still needs to work on the waist up part.

Hands free
This is a rare moment when Mati doesn't have anything in her hands.
Even while crawling, Matilda often likes to have something in each hand. Just ask Cow.
