Top teeth

Matilda shows off how her top teeth are just about to poke through the gums.

They have actually now cut through. We will get a pic up soon of her four teeth.

Old and new friends

Yesterday, Matilda enjoyed playing with her friend Oceanne, and I enjoyed playing with my friend Emily. High school friends may recognize Em from DHS. Just three months apart, we hope the girls will grow up running together, just like us.

Too big

Matilda is growing too big for the kitchen sink.

Back in November, the sink was like a swimming pool.

Mati & Mom

Everyone says that Mati looks like her Dad, except for the eyebrows.

In her crib

We dropped the mattress to the lowest level as Matilda learned to stand up and taste her crib.

Cheering section

While we cheered for all the swimmers/bicyclers/runners, we took a few pics to capture the beautiful day.

My favorite part was watching the swimmers emerge from the bay.

Today I learned that one of Mati's hands, up to her wrist, fits in my mouth. For some reason, this makes her laugh.

Tennessee Valley

Last weekend, we went for a hike around Tennessee Valley. Although a bit chilly, it was a beautiful day.

Mati saw most of the Carnival parade before falling asleep to the loud music.
