Heads up

Matilda is learning to lift her head up.

Here she is showing her Dad how she can keep her head up and look around.

9 weeks old

Mati had a few bouts of crying this weekend.

Matt and I took turns comforting her as seen in the photos.

Today at 9 weeks she had a much better day.

Matilda has grown quite a bit since these pics from 1 month ago.

She's still a little ball of baby but definitely heavier and longer. Her hair has thinned and lightened. She's also now cooing and gurgling.

2nd birthday

Happy 2 months to Matilda.

This month she gave us a wonderful gift--a smile. Plus, we caught it on film.

Although Matilda occasionally spits up, she does so in a very cute way.

In addition, she is very quiet about it and often likes to surprise us.
